JckscFK™ wants every customer to feel confident when purchasing our skin care goods. The information below describes the conditions for returning a product, how requests are assessed, and what happens when a refund is authorized.

Requesting a Return

A return request must be submitted no later than 30 days after the order’s delivery date. Requests received outside this period may not qualify.

Conditions for Acceptance

Returned products must remain unused and in their original condition. Original packaging should also be included whenever possible. To verify the purchase, you will need to provide an order confirmation, transaction receipt, or another valid form of proof.

Returns may be unavailable for certain products because of health standards, safety rules, or restrictions that apply to the specific item.

How Returns and Refunds Are Handled

Our customer service team will evaluate your request before accepting the return. If it qualifies, we will send you the necessary return instructions.

In most situations, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. JckscFK™ will pay this expense only if the product was delivered damaged or defective, or if the problem resulted from an error made by us.

After the returned package arrives, we will examine the product and let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Initial shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the return is due to a mistake by JckscFK™.
